How to Make a Smoothie the Healthy Way

Milk and yogurt are two popular drinks that people use to make smoothies. However, I think the homogenized and pasteurized dairy products are not a healthy choice.
Soy milk has become very popular in recent years, soy foods have become a staple for many people who are trying to eliminate dairy products from your diet. But I'm also has its detractors. There is much disagreement as to whether soy milk and other soy products can be considered healthy. Most soybeans grown in the United States also is genetically modified, so stick to organic brands.
